Qualified Transportation Expense Plan
-----------------------------------------------

Kelly Services, Inc. Temporary Employee Commuter Benefit Plan.  

  • This plan allows you to set aside money through pre-tax deductions from your paycheck to pay for qualified workplace mass transit and parking expenses.

  • For 2013 you are able to set aside up to $245.00 per month for Parking and up to $245.00 a month for Mass Transit.

  • Deductions will be taken twice a month from your paycheck.

  • You are able to enroll or make changes to your election each month between the 1st and 7th of the month.

  • If you become ineligible (including termination of employment or end of assignment) to participate in the Plan Account balances will be available via the eTRAC card through the end of the month following the last month of eligibility. 

  • Beginning January 1st 2012 any funds remaining in the accounts at the end of the month following the last month of eligibility will be transferred to a new commuter plan administered by Benefit Resource.  A letter with details about the plan will be sent to your home.  You will also receive a new Beniversal Card loaded with the remaining funds, any fees required to administer you new account will be withdrawn from your account balance.

Enter your Member ID: ALT ID, found on your Earnings Statement near your Social Security Number

Enter your Password:   Your home Zip code, you will be prompted to change your password after your initial login.

New Employee Assistance Program

In our continuing effort to enhance our benefit offering Kelly Services is pleased to announce that effective January 1st 2012 a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will be available to all Temporary Employees. 

  • The EAP provider is Bensinger, DuPont & Associates (BDA) can assist you with:
    • Depression
    • Stress Management
    • Anxiety
    • Parenting Concerns
    • Child and Elder Care
    • Relationship Problems
    • Financial or Legal Concerns and much more

  • BDA provides professional, master’s degreed counselors 24 hours a day 7 days a week to help you balance your work and family life.

  • No problem is too large or too small to contact the EAP

  • Information is kept confidential in accordance with federal and state laws

  • BDA Counselors may refer you for
    • face-to-face counseling at a convenient location close to your home or work
    • or to a community resource for elder and child care, self-help or financial and legal assistance
