Access Services Representative
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
The Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) Access Management and Control team has an exciting opportunity for an Access Services Representative. In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing operational and administrative support to internal business partners, ensuring secure and efficient access management across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to resolve inquiries and requests promptly.
- Process service tickets and access requests accurately within established SLAs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of user access while maintaining compliance and security standards.
- Support change management activities, ensuring minimal risk to the business environment.
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues, escalating when necessary.
Who You Are
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations support role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Coachable, collaborative, and open to feedback.
