We’re hiring an Order Processing Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Farmington. In this role, you’ll support the tooling sales department by processing orders and returns, assisting customers by phone and email, and coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

• Process customer orders, returns, and credits in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  

• Provide phone and email support for order status, quotes, and basic technical questions.
  

• Work closely with inside sales, engineering, and production to resolve issues.
  

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and confirm required specifications.
  

• Maintain organized records and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of customer service or technical sales experience; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
  

• Experience with SAP or similar business management software.
  

• Strong understanding of order processing, returns, and credit procedures.
  

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate with engineering teams.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
