Location: Farmington, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Load and unload parts onto coating lines.
- Prep, tape, plug, and clean parts before painting.
- Inspect finished parts and perform touch-up or rework as needed.
- Operate forklifts, air tools, grinders, and shop equipment safely.
- Deburr and clean sheet metal parts requiring rework.
- Support color changeovers and cleaning of coating equipment.
- Follow blueprints and specifications in standard and metric units.
- Maintain 5S and perform routine preventive maintenance.

High School Diploma or GED.
- Powder coating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of metal prep and powder-painting processes is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, quality checks, or lean techniques is helpful.
