Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Temp to Hire
– Location: Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma
– Pay Rate: $17.50 – $20.00 (depending on location)
– Shift: Must start by December 8th or January 5th
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage customer concerns regarding service quality and terms, striving to accommodate requests for retention.
– Handle customer inquiries via phone and e-transactions related to orders, payments, and account services.
– Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders efficiently.
– Address invoice inquiries, order discrepancies, and customer complaints with professionalism.
– Document all customer interactions accurately in databases to maintain account history.
– Issue customer credits and track order shipments diligently.
– Work closely with internal departments and management for effective problem resolution.
– Perform additional duties related to the specialist role as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent required.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
– Detail-oriented with excellent telephone skills.
– Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
