What’s a typical day as QA Plant Monitor? You’ll be:
• Assisting the Quality Control group to conduct plant monitoring testing on cottonseed for quality standards in both raw and processed forms.
• Performing quality checks including Truck Sampling, Sample De-Linting, Acid Percentage, and more, while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
• Entering data on the Plant Monitoring Spreadsheet and reporting any deviations in quality parameters.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tests for extended periods.
• Possess basic Microsoft Excel skills and basic math skills</strong>; technical aptitude is preferred.
• Are reliable and able to work the 1st Shift (5AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday) with flexibility to cover 2nd shift as needed.
