Customer Service/Emergency Driver Support
Are you passionate about keeping fleets running smoothly and supporting drivers on the road? Schneider is looking for a dedicated Emergency Maintenance Specialist to join our team in a full-time role, working Sunday through Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. If you have a knack for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact with one of the industry’s leading companies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to calls and messages from drivers experiencing truck and trailer equipment issues.
- Guide drivers with temporary solutions in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Assist drivers with roadside and shop support
- Assist drivers behind the scenes with support as they navigate emergency issues
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical degree in diesel technology preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 1 year of diesel or automotive repair experience.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
