Forklift Operator / Selector
Location: Austell, GA 30168
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Overtime: Expected, including Saturdays as needed
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Selector to join a fast-paced production and distribution environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and previous forklift operating experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move, stage, and select product
Pack materials efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Verify quantities, material types, and locations to ensure order accuracy
Maintain detailed attention to inventory handling
Meet daily production and performance goals
Follow all safety protocols at all times
Steel-toed boots required (no hard or composite toe)
Qualifications
Forklift experience required
Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
Basic computer skills for order tracking and verification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Excellent attendance is critical for success in this role
