Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour

What’s a typical day as Site Administrator? You’ll be: • Providing high-quality administrative support to project staff and visiting engineers from Japan, reporting directly to the Site Manager. • Maintaining engineering documentation and equipment calibration records in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards. • Managing spare parts inventory, supporting import/export activities, processing purchase orders, and assisting with reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally as an Administrative Assistant. • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative team-oriented approach. • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. • Japanese bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
