Paint / Pack Lead – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $20/hr
Location: Lebanon, TN
Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (some 1st/2nd shift rotation required)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Paint/Pack Lead to join our production team. In this role, you will supervise a small group of production workers on 2nd shift under the direction of the 2nd shift manager. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment and is comfortable overseeing powder coating and packing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of production workers, primarily on 2nd shift

  • Support and report directly to the 2nd shift manager

  • Ensure all team members meet quality and productivity standards

  • Provide training, guidance, and daily direction to team members

  • Oversee powder coating and packing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

  • Assist with resolving production or quality issues as needed

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)

  • Experience in powder coating and/or packing (a plus)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed

  • Ability to motivate and support a production team in a fast-paced environment
