Pay: $20/hr
Location: Lebanon, TN
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (some 1st/2nd shift rotation required)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Paint/Pack Lead to join our production team. In this role, you will supervise a small group of production workers on 2nd shift under the direction of the 2nd shift manager. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment and is comfortable overseeing powder coating and packing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of production workers, primarily on 2nd shift
- Support and report directly to the 2nd shift manager
- Ensure all team members meet quality and productivity standards
- Provide training, guidance, and daily direction to team members
- Oversee powder coating and packing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Assist with resolving production or quality issues as needed
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Experience in powder coating and/or packing (a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
- Ability to motivate and support a production team in a fast-paced environment
