Job Title: Receptionist I – Temporary On-Call
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: On-call, as needed (may turn into ongoing assignments)
The coverage we are looking for includes:

  • Weekday evening shifts from 4:00pm to 11:00pm

  • Weekend shifts from either 9:00am to 4:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm

About the Position:
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary On-Call Receptionist. You must be willing to participate in training prior to assignment and be available for both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed. Successful candidates may receive ongoing temporary assignments.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at the front desk/reception area

  • Buzz in visitors and monitor security cameras

  • Assist with deliveries and manage incoming mail

  • Address facility concerns, such as reporting maintenance issues

  • Answer questions and provide information to parents or family members

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or reception

  • Ability to meet in-person for training and background check (oral swab)

  • Flexible to be on-call and work various shifts

  • Professional appearance:

    • Natural hair color only

    • No visible tattoos

    • No ear gauges

    • No nose piercings
