Nous recrutons – Recruteur bilingue (contrat 12 mois) | Brossard
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) recruteur(se) bilingue pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique et collaborative située à Brossard (Rive-Sud de Montréal) dans le cadre d’un remplacement de 12 mois
Il s’agit d’une belle opportunité de contribuer à du recrutement à grand volume d’agents d’assurance indépendants à travers le Québec, dans un environnement stimulant et orienté résultats.
À propos du poste
Vous serez responsable du recrutement complet à haut volume : sourcing, présélection et engagement des candidats à travers la province. Le rôle demande une forte présence terrain, incluant des appels et une approche proactive de recrutement.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Recrutement d’agents d’assurance indépendants partout au Québec
- Gestion de volumes élevés de candidatures et suivi des conversions
- Collaboration avec les équipes des permis et des opérations
- Participation à un environnement dynamique axé sur la performance
- Utilisation d’Indeed et LinkedIn comme principaux outils de sourcing (sans ATS)
Profil recherché
- Bilingue français et anglais vous aurez à communiquer avec les autre provinces à l’extérieur du Québec
- À l’aise dans un environnement de recrutement à haut volume et répétitif
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et de relationnel
- Expérience en recrutement (assurance ou ventes = un atout, non obligatoire)
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide et orienté performance
- À l’aise avec des profils commerciaux et des personnalités fortes

- Bureau situé à Brossard, accessible en transport en commun et stationnement gratuit
- Flexibilité hybride (idéalement 4 jours au bureau)
- Petite équipe collaborative avec soutien en formation sur place
- Proximité de restaurants, cafés et services
