- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Mandatory overtime may be required
Job Summary
Kelly Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pullers / Warehouse Associates for one of our premier clients in Lubbock, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a great company for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products according to order specifications
- Verify accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and descriptions
- Safely handle fragile items for shipment
- Use proper packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, boxes, tape) to prevent damage
- Label packages correctly and complete all required shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and packing area
- Follow all company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Assist with inventory counting, stock organization, and restocking
- Meet daily productivity and packing quotas in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and stay detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed
