Put your career in motion with the Kelly®Professional & Industrial team with this great opportunity.  Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Production Operator in Franklin MA with a company that provides end-to-end solutions for all of the steps necessary to take a product to market.  The base pay is $17 to $21 per hour; shift differentials for 2nd (15%) and 3rd Shift (22.5%).  All shifts – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts – are available! 

 

This is an opportunity to start working as a Production or Machine Operator with a Global Medical Devices Manufacturer; a growing company with lots of opportunity for learning and career advancement.  Temporary-to-hire position with a company that provides excellent benefits once converted!   

Shifts Available: 

  • 1st Shift:  7am-3:15pm 

  • 2nd Shift:  3pm-11:15pm 


  • 3rd Shift:  11pm-7:15am 

 

Pay:   

  • Base Pay:  $17 – $21 per hour  

  • Shift Differential:  15% for 2nd Shift | 22.5% for 3rd Shift 

  • That means that for 3rd Shift the pay could be up to ($21 + $3.82 =) $24.82 per hour

What a typical day as a Production Operator might look like.  You could be: 

  • Operating Machinery to produce Medical Devices including small parts  


  • Using computers to control the operation Medical Device Machinery 


  • Performing quality control inspections and reporting errors and discrepancies 
     

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

  • Have a HS Diploma or GED 


  • Adhere to safety and quality procedures in clean environment in all activities  


  • Have experience operating Machinery to produce a product 

  • Have experience working with computers
