We’re seeking a Quality Inspector to work in Tupelo, MS. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for. This great new opportunity. Here’s why you should apply:
Hiring a Quality Inspector in Tupelo, MS
$17/hr.
Schedule: Flexible
M-Friday or M-Thursday
7am-4pm 8am-5pm (open)
*This is a 3-month assignment*
JOB DUTIES:
- Inspection of handlebars, welded parts, and press parts
- Detailed record keeping
- General housekeeping plus other duties as deemed necessary
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass a mathematical skill test
- Must be able to pass a measurement test
- Read and understand blueprints
- Able to accurately use precision measuring instruments (ex: calipers, micrometers) *written test will be given
- Capable of learning to use compression tester
- Capable of learning to use computer/software to obtain current prints and for record keeping
- Communicate quality issues and be a team member to resolve quality issues
- Able to work overtime – including weekends
- Must be self-motivated
- Knowledge of SPC/Capability studies a plus
- Steel toe shoes or composite shoes
