Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Quality Customer Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity in North Ft. Worth, TX.

Position Summary:

The Customer Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing customer quality requirements and works with our customers to ensure our teams are aware of the customers’ expectations. The Customer Quality Coordinator works with the Quality Department to answer customer requests and provide any requested product information.     

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as a liaison to our customers in regard to product quality.  

  • Assists the Quality Department to ensure the appropriate quality testing and documentation is prepared for production runs that will meet the customers’ requirements.        

  • Coordinates with the customer and the Quality Department to provide the necessary product information related to the customers product quality. May require entering or uploading product quality information into a customer portal.  

  • Monitors all customer production runs and ensures proper testing and reporting. Assists in compiling data related to special projects, as requested by supervisor.

  • Reports non conformances and answers questions from customers related to hold product and product complaints.  

  • Works with the Quality Manager for updating policies, SOP’s, and quality forms to meet the customers quality requirements.  

  • Trains Blending, Quality and Production Teams on procedures required to meet customers’ requirements.

  • Assists with customer audits and the completion of customer corrective actions related to findings from audits or customer visits. 

  • Is onsite with customers to provide assistance during new product runs and trials.   

  • Makes recommendations and improvement ideas for meeting customer quality requirements.  

  • Performs all other duties as assigned or required by the Company or Quality Manager

  • Other duties may be assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

1-5 years in a leadership role within a Quality Control Department in a food or beverage production facility is preferred but not required. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   

This position requires above average verbal and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of production operations, including all safety requirements.  Must have thorough knowledge of beverage production, blending, quality, analytical testing and microbial testing.  Must be able to work independently.  Must have exceptional organization skills and be detailed oriented.  Must be able to communicate with customers and manage customer expectations.

Work Environment:

This position will split time between an office environment, the production floor and quality lab.  The position is Monday through Friday but will require nights and weekend work as needed to meet customers’ requirements.   The position may require travel to other CBG or customer locations.
