For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving. We at Kelly® hear you, and we’re here for you! We’re seeking hiring Machine Operators to work at a large food manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village, IL

Choose:
• 1st shift 3 AM to 1:30 PM $18 per hour.
• 2nd shift 12 PM to 10:30 PM $18.50 per hour.

Monday-Thursday!

4-day workweek! (Fridays optional)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring various types of machines and specialized equipment
• Checking for defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed
• Troubleshooting problems and repairing issues as needed
• Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Maintaining records and documentation
• Communicating with other team members to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have 2 years machine operator or manufacturing experience.
• Have strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
• Are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances or priorities.
• Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly and climb ladders
• Can read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data
• Can stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion
• Can work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment
