Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Springfield, MO

Position: Customer Service Representative  
Location: Springfield, MO  
Pay Rate: $15/hr  
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 2 weeks – possible contract to hire. 

Overview:
Kelly Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO. This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. 

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls promptly and professionally.  
– Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing our team’s workflow and customer satisfaction.  
– Dispatch technicians to service locations, coordinating schedules and providing necessary job details.  
– Maintain and understand multiple calendars to effectively manage scheduling.  
– Build and organize job files to ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.  
– Perform general clerical duties including making copies, data entry of tickets and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.  
– Demonstrate proficient typing skills for effective communication and documentation.  
– Manage filing systems, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily retrievable.  
– Conduct follow-up calls and call maintenance with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns.
