Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
Short Term Assignment until November 2024.

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Spanish Order Entry Clerk? You’ll be:
• Processing Promoter orders and applications with accuracy and exceptional service
• Handling inbound and outbound calls for Distributors with a caring and friendly attitude
• Researching and answering questions through direct/written correspondence
• Assisting Promoters with returned products and maintaining a Quality Control Log
• Working with various departments to appropriately respond to Promoter requests
• Maintaining accurate records and logs for reference
• Participating in special projects as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Are detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
• Can work effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Possess good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
• Have good organizational skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Are fluent in speaking Spanish
• Have PC experience and can navigate computer systems
