Pay Rate: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Partner? You’ll be:
• Leading the hiring and selection process, focusing on direct sourcing and attracting top talent
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create impactful advertising and engage with candidates through social media and headhunting
• Providing market intelligence and recruiting insights to hiring managers and HR
• Delivering an engaging candidate experience and managing offer negotiations
• Managing and updating requisitions and identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Have experience recruiting Manufacturing (high volume) roles
• Have previous experience in full cycle recruiting
• Have proven capability in managing concurrent hiring priorities and stakeholders
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies
