Job details

Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor for their day shift to lead and manage the production processes at our client, a cannabis production facility located in the London area. This role is integral to ensuring product consistency, quality, compliance, and the overall optimization of operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production processes for creating vape formulations and filling vape devices.

  • Ensuring product consistency, quality, and compliance while optimizing operational efficiency and safety.

  • Manage a technician, coordinate with various departments, and maintain adherence to cannabis industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Operate, clean, and maintain lab equipment, performing corrective and preventative maintenance as needed.

  • Manage inventory of raw materials, finished products, and by-products.

  • Conduct quality assurance sampling, testing, and inspections to meet specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience within the cannabis industry is ideal.

  • Previous experience working in filling and formulation within

  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety with process equipment.

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

  • Initiative, ownership of work, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • A criminal background check is required.

  • Must have own vehicle as the facility is not accessible by public transportation.

Compensation/Perks:

  • Competitive salary $65,000-$80,000 per year
