Job details

Kelly Services has a new temporary 3-6 month Documentation Specialist position available with our client a GMP food manufacturer located in Brantford, ON. You will play a key role in supporting the development, review, and maintenance of documentation related to operations, procedures, and compliance within the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and other GMP-related documentation.

  • Manage the F.O.X. documentation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

  • Coordinate and oversee labeling activities to meet regulatory and quality standards.

  • Ensure all documentation adheres to GMP regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.

  • Collect and analyze equipment performance and failure data in collaboration with the Maintenance Coordinator and Manager.

  • Provide the Maintenance Coordinator with relevant information for updating maintenance policies (e.g., Preventive Maintenance frequency) and introducing new policies.

  • Coordinate and set up appointments with contractors and external vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or food manufacturing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.

  • Proficiency in SAP is a must.

  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

What’s In It For YOU:

  • Pay rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

  • Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
