What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Overseeing daily operations and supervising a unionized hourly workforce to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and throughput processes.
• Assigning work tasks and holding employees accountable for their performance and compliance with established standards.
• Utilizing strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Are able to work rotating shifts and have the capability to work independently with limited supervision.
