Pay: $24/hr 
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
*This role is fully on-site*

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Recruiter? 

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple locations for various functional areas, ensuring efficient hiring outcomes.

  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional feedback.

  • Partnering with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to develop strategic recruitment approaches and offer expert consultation.

  • Sourcing top talent using diverse strategies, proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Researching labor market trends to align sourcing strategies with current industry conditions.

  • Enhancing recruitment effectiveness by evaluating and refining processes for efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

  • Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Gaining business acumen through job shadowing to improve hiring fit and reduce turnover.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and have 2+ years of relevant experience, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Are proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Demonstrate strong urgency, attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Leverage emotional intelligence to build relationships both internally and externally.

  • Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments, maintaining a respectful and collaborative work ethic.

  • Have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

  • Maintain high professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

  • Are energized by collaboration and willing to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
