Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for a CNC Operator and a CNC Lead Machinist in North Attleborough, MA!
These are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefits and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
- 1st shift Lead opening: $30 – $38 per hour (potentially higher for the right candidate)
- 2nd shift Operator opening: $26 – $29 per hour (potentially higher for the right candidate)
Hours:
- 1st shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, Friday’s from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
- 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Friday
Job Description:
- Performs machining by studying work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces
- Maintains specifications by observing and taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance and processes.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Support a safety culture by following all safety rules including reporting all incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Experience with Milling, set ups, and ideally G&M codes as well as CAM software
