Pay Rate:
 $26 per hour 

Schedule:  Monday to Friday
Hybrid- 3days in the office and 2 days remote

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Processor? You’ll be:

•  
  

• Indexing high volume vendor invoices
  

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation
  

•  Ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved policies and procedures as they relate to accounts payable
  

• Assist with AP month end closing and audit requests
  

• Assist with special projects as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Two to Five years of accounts payable experience 
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a group
  

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  

• Excellent verbal and writing skills
  

• Experience with Peoplesoft preferred
  

• Customer service oriented
  

• Proficient computer skills with common business applications including email and Excel
