Process Engineer
Provides technical and sustaining engineering support for pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated environment. The engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards and production goals. Act as a technical expert to resolve moderately complex issues with manufacturing processes and equipment. Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiency, yield, and quality. Support manufacturing and quality systems, including the execution of process validation, equipment qualifications, and deviation investigations.
BS in an Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Eng preferred)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of GMP operations.
Experience and knowledge managing the following equipment is required: FETTE, Coating Pan (Accela-Cota), Dry washer, encapsulation equipment)
