We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Agency Director and Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while contributing to our team’s success.
Position Details:
- Type: Temp to Perm
- Pay: $17 – $20 per hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. This position will evolve into a hybrid role as the individual becomes proficient in their duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, faxing, and filing.
- Arrange travel for the Agency Director and Financial Advisor.
- Provide administrative support to the Agency Director and Financial Advisor.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- A professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn as part of a dynamic team.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
