Job Posting: Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Job Summary
Kelly Services is now hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dental service team in Honolulu. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Provide information about services offered by the dental practice
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with billing and payment processes
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Competence with computer systems and scheduling software
- Reliability with strong time management skills
