2nd Shift:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am
Pay: $18.92/hour + $1.09/hour shift differential
About the position:
You will assemble displays built for powersport vehicles and perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. The position requires the use and operation of production equipment, robots, and tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product on an assembly line.
- Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality.
- Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment.
- Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
- Train and become competent at assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor.
- Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have excellent attendance
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, turn, kneel, and squat, stand and walk for the duration of assigned shift
- Safety toed shoes are required in all warehouse and production areas. Operators must provide their own safety toed shoes at the start of contract and wear at work for the entire length of their contract.
