Location: Alonga, WA
Pay: $28-33/hr
Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm M-F
Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as an Administrative Assistant I, supporting daily accounting and administrative operations. In this role, you’ll assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry using Sage 300, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial and administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting skills within a hands-on, team-oriented production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter vendor invoices, purchase orders, and customer payments into Sage 300

Support the AP and AR processes, including invoice matching, coding, and reconciliation

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and supporting documentation

Assist with month-end close, including data entry, account verification, and report generation

Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status

Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to resolve invoice or PO discrepancies

Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for accounting and administrative records

Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, scanning, and data entry

Assist with inventory or purchasing documentation as needed
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role (manufacturing environment preferred)

Proficient in Sage 300 (Accpac) and Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience working with purchase orders, job costing, or inventory tracking is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
