Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35–$40 per hour

What’s a typical day as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner? You’ll be:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, prescreening, candidate slate presentation, and offer management.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Driving recruitment efforts for blue collar roles in a manufacturing setting, especially within the aircraft industry.
• Delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with in-house recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Bring a solid background in blue collar recruitment in manufacturing; prior aircraft industry experience highly preferred.
• Are highly skilled in posting jobs, prescreening candidates, presenting finalists, and managing the overall recruitment workflow.
