Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
Commercial aircraft manufacturer in Mobile, AL is hiring two (2) Talent Acquisition Coordinators on a contract basis to support our dynamic HR team at the Final Assembly Line. Location & Schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote each week at the Final Assembly Line.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
- Partner directly with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to support recruitment activities and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, provide updates, and resolve logistical challenges.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and deliver strong customer service at every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Preferred Background: Prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience strongly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $20–$26 per hour
