Join our client’s Legal Department as a Project Clerk!
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our client’s team with file management, data entry, and administrative coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and supporting a busy team behind the scenes.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: full time days
Hybrid: Work From Home + Oak Park Heights workspace at least 1 day per week.
What You’ll Do
- Open, organize, and maintain files from start to close
- Research and enter key details into our database (contacts, products, dates, case info, etc.)
- Summarize case history and create clear, accurate reports and Excel charts
- Track calendar deadlines and generate weekly reports for the team
- Review correspondence for grammar, accuracy, and consistency
- Communicate with adjusters, outside law firms, and internal team members to gather updates
- Support administrative tasks such as insurance notifications, litigation holds, and record retrieval
- Review reports provided once a week and compare data to make sure it is all entered and accurate
- Assist with other projects and administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office administrative and data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and proactive
