What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You’ll be:
• Receiving, entering, and verifying a high volume of vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring timely processing.
• Reviewing all invoices and payment requests for accuracy, proper coding, and appropriate approvals in compliance with company policies.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies through effective communication with vendors and internal departments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree, with a minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Are experienced with SAP or a similar accounting system, and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess excellent verbal and written presentation skills, along with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
