Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator
Location: La Porte, TX 77571
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday
Pay: $18.50/hour
Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in handling materials and product inventory using reach trucks and other warehouse equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-focused environment where your contribution is essential to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate reach trucks and other forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, clamp, pallet jacks)

Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials

Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment

Keep accurate inventory records and complete documentation

Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards

Check load accuracy, stability, and report damages or discrepancies

Change forklift battery or LP tanks as needed

Assist with physical inventory and perform daily equipment inspections

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Forklift operator certificate or completion of training program within 30 days of hire

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

6+ months of warehouse experience (preferred)
-
6+ months of forklift operation experience (preferred)
