Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator

Role Purpose:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in handling materials and product inventory using reach trucks and other warehouse equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-focused environment where your contribution is essential to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks and other forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, clamp, pallet jacks)

  
  

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials

  
  

• Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment

  
  

• Keep accurate inventory records and complete documentation

  
  

• Follow OSHA and MSDS safety standards

  
  

• Check load accuracy, stability, and report damages or discrepancies

  
  

• Change forklift battery or LP tanks as needed

  
  

• Assist with physical inventory and perform daily equipment inspections

  
  

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

  
  

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certificate or completion of training program within 30 days of hire

  
  

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  
  

• 6+ months of warehouse experience (preferred)

  
  

• 6+ months of forklift operation experience (preferred)
