Location: Anchorage, AK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

About the Opportunity
Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support a valued client in Anchorage. This pivotal position ensures seamless administrative and financial operations, oversees shareholder record management, and supports the executive team with high-level tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration and the President/CEO, enabling efficient decision-making and daily operations.

  • Perform diverse bookkeeping functions, including payroll processing, financial reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Administer shareholder relations by maintaining accurate database records and managing official communications.

  • Oversee office management, including facility and equipment coordination, purchasing, and technology support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in administrative support, office management, or finance roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks; familiarity with other accounting or database management tools is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic office setting.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay range: $27–$33 per hour, DOE
