Administrative Assistant
Location: Menands, NY (Onsite)
Company: Local non-profit organization
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20/hour to start
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to program staff.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform data entry and data review for all new applications and received documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records through filing and scanning.
- Assist with form and document maintenance to ensure up-to-date materials.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support program operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous general office, secretarial, or administrative experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
