Our client is a leading industry manufacturer, offering innovative solutions and services across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team.
The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and updating our Master Production Schedule to satisfy customer demand, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain inventory control.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $70-80K, based on Experience
1st Shift: 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and optimize operations
- Create and release production, transfer, and purchase orders using SAP
- Analyze and adjust inventory levels and production schedules based on requirements
- Coordinate customer shipment dates and project timelines with internal teams
- Monitor production capacity constraints and communicate potential issues
- Collaborate with sales, operations, production, and quality teams to improve planning processes
- Participate in production/scheduling meetings and support job packet preparation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP and Smartsheet
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
