Are you a skilled machine operator seeking your next opportunity in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment? Kelly, in partnership with Kenvue, are hiring and looking for passionate, dedicated professionals like you to join our team.

Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $19.51/hr
Enjoy special incentives:

  • $500 sign-on bonus (after 30 days)

  • $500 retention bonus (after 6 months)

  • Additional $500 retention bonus (after 12 months)

Shift Details:
12-hour shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule
6:15am–6:45pm or 6:15pm–6:45am
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing machinery to maximize production efficiency

  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and repairs to meet quality standards

  • Monitor production processes to ensure top product quality and compliance with safety regulations

  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance processes and implement best practices

  • Maintain thorough documentation of production, machine logs, and quality checks

  • Train and mentor junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications a plus

  • 0–2 years manufacturing experience, with a focus on machine operation

  • Strong knowledge of setup procedures

  • Proven ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

  • Familiarity with SOP, GMP, or similar standards preferred
