Kelly® is looking for a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 per hour
Shift available - 1st shift; Monday – Thursday; 5am – 3pm and if there is overtime, it would be on Fridays from 5am – 1pm

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Reviewing and understanding operating procedures from work instructions and job travelers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operating punch presses and other machine types, including both continuous and single stroke operations.
• Monitoring machines for malfunctions and performing periodic checks on parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant manufacturing or machine operations experience preferred.
• Possess basic math and communication skills, with the ability to read and comprehend manufacturing instructions.
• Are capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing various physical tasks in a moderate to loud work environment.
