Kelly® is hiring a Production Associate to join a leading digital print and production facility in Carlisle, PA.
This is a full-time, 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in a hands-on production environment with great pay, benefits, and room to grow.
Job Title: Production Associate – Print & Production Operations
Location: Carlisle, PA
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate high-speed digital reprographics, bindery, and finishing equipment
• Read and interpret job tickets to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform large-format printing, materials handling, and shipping tasks
• Scan and record orders for production tracking and quality control
• Maintain 5S organization and perform daily equipment maintenance
• Report issues and coordinate service with technicians as needed
• Support production workflow with material replenishment and cleanup
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in print, production, or manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable using computers and production software (Google/Microsoft applications)
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn new processes
• Six Sigma certification a plus, but not required
