Now Hiring: Production / Material Handler – Newville, PA
Location: Newville, PA
Shifts: 1st & 2nd
Pay: $17.50/hour + shift differential
Join our fast-paced production hub in Newville, PA! We’re looking for hands-on Production / Material Handlers to support our printing and finishing operations. In this role, you’ll help keep materials and production moving, stage and transport items, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, benefits, and growth potential.
What You’ll Do

Operate high-speed printing, finishing, and production equipment

Receive, stage, and move materials to support production and shipping
-
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery
-
Track and document production and shipping data accurately
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hub environment
-
Assist with equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
-
Support team workflow by keeping materials and work areas ready for production
What We’re Looking For
-
1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or distribution hubs preferred
-
Comfortable using computers for tracking materials and production
-
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and move safely
-
Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
