Now Hiring: Manufacturing Material Handler – Shippensburg, PA
Location: Shippensburg, PA
Shifts: 1st & 2nd
Pay: $18/hour
Are you ready to join a fast-paced manufacturing team and play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly? We’re looking for motivated, hands-on Manufacturing Material Handlers to support assembly operations in Shippensburg. This is your chance to work in a team-oriented environment, operate forklifts and other equipment, and contribute directly to high-quality manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- 
	
Receive, stage, and distribute materials, parts, and assemblies for production and assembly lines 
 
- 
	
Pick and issue materials accurately from system-generated orders 
 
- 
	
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, EPJs, and other warehouse equipment safely 
 
- 
	
Track inventory, report shortages, and maintain accurate records 
 
- 
	
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S practices 
 
- 
	
Occasionally handle hazardous materials (training provided 
 
What We’re Looking For
- 
	
Warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred 
 
- 
	
Forklift / cherry picker / reach truck / EPJ experience is a plus 
 
- 
	
Able to lift/move materials up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods 
 
- 
	
Dependable, team-focused, and motivated to support production 
 
- 
	
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
