Technical Publications & SAP Data Specialist
(Technical Data Analyst – Aerospace Maintenance Systems)
Bridgeport, WV
Mon – Fri 8am -5pm
Hourly Pay: $25/hr W2

Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Update SAP work orders and routing documentation to reflect changes in repair and assembly procedures, including updates driven by service bulletins, technical directives, or engineering documentation.

  • Loading aircraft engine bill-of-material data into SAP to support an engine overhaul shop.

  • Develop master routing documents in SAP for the repair of engine parts (e.g. routing parts through weld, machine, paint, and inspection operations, etc.).

  • Loading service bulletins in SAP related to engine upgrades.

  • Provide forms for engine inspectors to document measurements, etc.

Technical Publications – Master Data

  • Manage Inspection Workbench (SAP)

  • New Engine Models

  • SB/SI revisions

  • Input from TDMRs

  • Create new p/n’s in SAP/ Workbench.

  • Parts introduced by SBs need to be loaded in SAP


  • Manage CS Orders (SAP)

  • New Engine Model incorporation

  • Tech Pubs Revision incorporation

  • PWES Engineering Doc incorporation (SCETI, EL)

  • TDMR incorporation

  • Key CS Orders


  • Manage eMCL and MCL

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a HS Diploma is required.

    • Must have strong computer literacy. SAP experience is highly preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

    Preferred Skills:

    • SAP experience.

    • Excel/Macro programming.

    • Aviation maintenance.

    • Certifications: A&P Mechanic or Any computer programming or IT support certifications.

    • Computer Science/Programming.

    • Aviation Maintenance Training.
