Position Summary:
Kelly Services is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Support AssociateI to support manufacturing operations with a premier company in Arlington, TN facility. This role is responsible for issuing materials, performing packaging operations (blister, pouch, carton, shrink wrap), label creation, and device history record management. The position may focus in SJO (silicone implant washing and digital scale operation) or BIO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue materials to manufacturing orders
- Complete packaging operations (blister packaging, pouch sealing, cartoning, shrink wrapping)
- Create and verify labels
- Maintain accurate device history records
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Wash silicone implants, operate digital scales
Requirements:
- No formal education required; High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–1 year manufacturing experience (clean room experience a plus)
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and adaptability
- Effective problem-solving, teamwork, and initiative
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Willingness to meet work schedules, including overtime as needed
- Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and ergonomics
- Physical requirements: prolonged sitting/standing, reaching, and use of PPE
