Job Title: Electronic Circuitry / Parts Assembler I
Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Pay Rate: Entry-level: $22 – $25/hour-Experienced: $40 – $45/hour
Type: Full-Time | Hands-On Shop Role


Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Shop Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working with low voltage power distribution systems, including wiring, assembly, and testing.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly and wiring of low-voltage power distribution products (panels, enclosures, busbars)


  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly


  • Use hand and power tools for crimping, cutting, and component installation


  • Perform quality checks to ensure clean, precise workmanship


  • Follow safety protocols and procedures (OSHA, NEC compliance)


  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet production goals


  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


  • Troubleshoot minor electrical or mechanical issues and report discrepancies


Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have some or all of the following:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems or mechanical assembly


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions


  • Familiarity with tools used in electrical/mechanical assembly


  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn


  • Good communication and teamwork skills


Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience in low-voltage, electrical, or panel building environments


  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics or wiring diagrams


  • Knowledge of NEC, UL 508A, or similar electrical standards


  • Experience tying BOMs (Bill of Materials) to electrical schematics


  • Ability to identify electrical components, such as:

  • Breakers


  • Relays


  • Switches


  • Starters
