Position: Plant Operator
Location: Houston, TX 77032
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Conversion after 90 days)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Operator to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent weekday hours and the potential for long-term employment after 90 days.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plant equipment
-
Perform routine inspections and maintenance
-
Bagging and palletizing chemical powder coating
-
Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed

Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements:

Previous experience in a plant or industrial environment preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
