Job Title: Operations & Distribution Associate
Location: Charlestown IN
Kelly Services- is seeking pick-pack workers in the Charlestown IN area. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm hiring for multiple shifts. Pay Rate: $16.50

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times; promptly report any unsafe conditions to the Supervisor.
- Commit to quality and accuracy as part of our company-wide initiative: Quality First.

- Maintain a clean work environment according to sanitation standard operating procedures; report any sanitation concerns immediately.
- Participate in user training with qualified staff, including hands-on job training, WMS navigation, and SOP training; all training will be properly documented.
- Work in various temperature ranges, including freezers, refrigerated areas, and ambient spaces, for extended periods.
- Accurately pick containers according to client specifications, as directed by the WMS system.
- Initiate picking and packing with RF scanning, pick-to-light technologies, or work orders; ensure visual verification of item numbers, lot numbers, pick locations, and quantities.
- Concurrently pick and begin packing containers to prepare for shipping.
- Add appropriate packing materials to containers for the shipping process.
- Ship packages by following designated system steps.
- Operate equipment such as RF scanners, pick-to-light technologies, carton sealers, scales, postage machines, and computer stations.
- Work across various areas of Operations and Distribution, including Receiving, Pick Modules, Kitting, Shipping, Returns, Refrigerated Spaces, DEA, and Small Order Distribution (SOD).
- Assist with training new employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, distribution, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
