? Now Hiring: Sales Tax Associate
? Location: Clearwater, FL
? Pay: $18.50/hour
? Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
? Type: Temp-to-Perm
We’re looking for a Sales Tax Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your skills really make a difference!

? What You’ll Be Doing:

Review and process customer tax documentation for compliance with state regulations

Validate tax certificates during new account setup and keep us audit-ready

Spot and resolve resale certificate issues—working closely with internal teams and customers
-
Monitor orders/accounts for tax-related discrepancies and guide customers toward resolution

Upload validated documents and keep account records clean and compliant
-
Communicate with sales teams and clients to request or correct missing/invalid info
? What You Bring:

Strong analytical skills and a love for getting things right the first time

Ability to handle complex issues with clarity and confidence

Organizational superpowers—you know how to prioritize and follow through

Familiarity with tax certificates is a big plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

No prior CIS experience needed—we’ll teach you!
